Canadian Heritage Badge added to Pack News

As of this summer, I've moved up to become the Akela on one of our local Cub
Packs.
I've started a weekly news letter for the kids named "Pack News" to
tell them able upcoming camps etc.
Every so often, I've put in activities crafts and cub knowledge stuff.
I'll start putting those articles up under "Pack News"
