PEZ COLLECTORS NEWS - 10th ANNIVERSARY
To celebrate the 10th Anniversary of PCN, Richie Belyski (editor of the magazine) wanted to put together a special premium containing a dispenser and a PEZ "costume".

For the header card on the bag I was inspired by an old 60's PEZ ad.  The PEZ girl is also holding a copy of Issue #1.

When Richie suggested a police officer theme, I got inspired to do one based on Richie himself:
